| This off dry style wine has rich fruity lime and honeysuckle aromas. It is minerally and flavoursome with white peaches and tropical fruit. It is a well structured wine with balanced acidity, mineral characteristics and slight sweetness.

| Winemaker's notes |
| As with all our fruit the grapes were hand harvested and only lightly pressed, the juice was then settled in stainless tanks. A very cool fermentation ensued using an aromatic enhancing yeast strain. The wine was then left on yeast lees for several months to enhance palate weight. |
